Greater Birmingham Area

• Oversee full planning, scheduling, customer service, compliance, quality assurance and construction oversight responsibility for multiple construction sites. Manage commercial and industrial construction projects.
• Ensure all projects are completed accurately, on time and within or under budget; approve and justify necessary modifications to initial schedule and budget agreements.
• Convey project manager specifications and scope of work to clients, subcontractors and field personnel; assist in the design, build and erection sequence on complex structures.
• Actively participate with project manager throughout the approval process for RFIs, change orders and construction drawings/blueprints; compose and submit daily reports and other documentation as required in company.
• Collaborate with engineers, subcontractors, etc. to determine project needs, set performance goals, deadlines and plan construction processes.
• Promote safety in workplace environment in accordance with all relevant OSHA regulations.

South East

• Planned, directed and oversaw all areas of production scheduling, manufacturing, inventory control, shipping/receiving, vendor relations, pricing, customer service and maintenance activities, as well as regulatory.
• Regularly communicated with structural engineers, architects, steel inspectors and the owner to ensure proper structural installation.
• Assisted with the development and review all Steel Fabrication and Erection estimates; expedited the fabrication and delivery of all materials.
• Generated and reviewed all lift plans; identified potential safety hazards and led Division in safety standards.
• Scheduled of work at fabrication plants; wrote all SSEP & SSSP for projects.
