I led technical projects in support of DHI Mortgage's Quality Control, production Quality Review, and HMDA processing systems. Our quality and compliance business units utilized a mixture of internally developed, .NET applications and third-party software. These applications facilitated complex reviews of loan data and documents to ensure DHI's compliance with all levels of regulatory guidance, investor requirements, and internal policies.

I ensured the accurate delivery of due diligence reviews by managing quality control processes and client-facing reporting. I also helped steer critical updates to multiple asset review systems, as required by regulatory changes and end user requests. My experience at Global Financial Review offered me an enhanced working knowledge of Access VBA, Excel VBA and MS SQL.

I provided system support for the auditing software used by Mortgage and Title Quality Control. I also assisted Mortgage Compliance with all system maintenance for the HMDA and Fair Lending review software.
