I have also led groups to Wilderness Trek Christian Camp, Winterfest, Soullift Saint Louis, Celebration, Youth in Action, Uplift (Encounter Class and God Time Teacher), Passion Conference, D6 Conference, and Impact at Lipscomb University.Creating a healthy volunteer culture where it is normal, expected, and healthy to have volunteers serve and lead. Working to design and structure a volunteer ministry that attracts, builds, connects, and develops volunteers. Responsible for evaluating the church's volunteer ministry and managing the volunteer calendar. Responsible for annual Volunteer Sunday and creating a system that trains, equips, and encourages members for ministry. As Education Minister, responsible for planning, conducting and evaluating comprehensive educational programs for all ages.
