Job Purpose/DescriptionThe Community Outreach Manager is responsible for maintaining existing provider relationships and forging new strategic partnerships with the provider community across the US.Duties & ResponsibilitiesDeveloping and maintaining existing relationships with a variety of mental health professionals, organizations, and provider groups across the USSeeking out and developing new business opportunities and marketing relationships within the provider community.Building relationships with insurance providers and health care systems at State and local levels across the US to ensure Care Solace care coordination workflows align with system processes.Demonstrates the skills and abilities to manage local and targeted areas driving business and revenue.Responsible for utilizing new and existing relationships to achieve lead generation activity and standards and performance goals.Responsible for generating new provider placements from personal warm source activities.Attending events, conferences and other opportunities to represent Care Solace and connect with mental health service providers nationwide.Fielding feedback and concerns from service providers.Creatively addressing service issues and collaborating with other departments to improve provider experience using Care Solace.Developing marketing material targeted towards providers and strategy to disseminate information.Managing the responses to provider inquiries via phone and email.
