My role at Lobster Net is to develop and maintain new and existing client business. Looking at ways to reduce the cost of purchasing by using refurbished and wholesale equipment and using surplus equipment to offset the cost. As sales manager I was responsible for the day to day running of the sales team including recruitment, training, sales skills, coaching, monitoring and discipline. For each area I have systems in place to ensure quality and results.I also have my own personal target to meet so excellent time management skills are required to manage daily workload. Consistently made personal and team target.Courses were aimed at introducing clients to IT so required lots of questioning and product knowledge was required to be able to recommend the correct course for their chosen career.

My role here was meeting and advising clients looking to gain training for a career in IT. We had a range of courses available including classroom and online study. Students would often gain access to the courses via CDL's and training would then guarantee a work placement so students would have work experience as well. The end goal was to help each student gain full time employment and a career in IT. 95% of students that completed the training and gained certification would achieve this. I also worked with a range of companies and IT professionals that were looking to increase their skill set. Providing professional training via partnerships with the top training companies around the UK.
