Headed recruiting research and sourcing for Hewitt's outsourced recruiting business which filled 50,000+ positions in 2005 for clients including Sun Microsystems, Capgemini, Bank of America, Bank of Montreal/Harris Bank, Prudential, McKesson, Thomson and BP. Led a team of 35 recruiting managers, recruiters and researchers.Was concurrently Practice Leader for The Limited Brands account. Worked as key member of the bid team which won the business and personally designed the staffing strategies and created the deal metrics including pricing model. Led delivery on the account and won renewal from the client.

Founded a consulting firm which grew to 12 associates and provided retained recruitment research, retained search, recruiting strategy development, recruitment process automation and recruitment marketing.
