• Manage NPI (New Product Introduction) and PE (Process Engineering) team to launch New Wireless products and wearable devices for the service engineering and to prepare the reverse logistics.• Launch preparation and Serviceability review for all new products such as Handset, Tablet and Wearable Devices in North America Region.• Assigns engineering resources appropriately to support product launch and Service Process improvement projects. • Participate in DFC analysis meeting with Carriers for quality improvement.• Manage SW verification team for User/Factory Binary for new products and MR to ensure that all service software program are ready to release on time.• Issue management of S/W and H/W related issues of Mobile, Tablet, and wearable devices before and after launch• Shares improvements and experiences in product troubleshooting, failure analysis, diagnostics and repair techniques with repair technician team members and supervisors, to improve repair productivity and future designs which will enhance the quality of product performance.• Vendor Management through KPI review, Process Audit and PCN

• Deliver technical and sales oriented presentations regarding product solutions.• Pre-sales & post-sales efforts including Prodcut Demo, Presentation and technical supports.• Smart Phone DM (Android & iPhone) for GSM/UMTS + LTE and CDMA/EVDO + LTE and Remote server solution business development• Project management experience with RFI/RFP• Managed Technical support team and Product development team.• Single point of contact for Carriers and Device maufacturers

•Developed Samsung/Sprint WiMAX training contents: Samsung/Sprint Wimax System Descriptions (RAS, ACR, and WSM), Basic Network Operation, RAS Installation and Commissioning, and Wimax Core Network Optimization (Core Network Connectivity between CSN and ASN)•Training experience for WiMAX Core Network system and detailed components of Access Service Network.•Extensive and practical knowledge of IEEE802.16e PHY and MAC Layer.•Project engineering management experience: make out proposals for WiMAX.•Good experience in developing written reports, technical white papers, summaries, and other technical documents for customers
