I am an experienced communications professional with a MA in media studies. I’m specialized in PR and spokespersonship and have worked in this capacity on large international events, such as the MTV EMA (3 editions), the Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards (3 editions) and the Eurovision Song Contest (2 editions).I currently work for NPO, the Dutch public broadcasting system. A dynamic and socially relevant work environment which brings new communications challenges every day, ranging from delicate issues to red carpet events. I thrive on environments like this, which require a broad yet specific set of skills which I have developed over the past 9 years working in media communications on different levels.Outside of work I enjoy social gatherings with friends and family and going to the movies and concerts on a regular basis. You can also find me in the gym a couple of times a week as I’m a firm believer in “mens sana in corpore sano”: a healthy mind in a healthy body.
