- As Project Leader responsible for ThyssenKrupp Wuhan new plant overall project management include land selection, project planning, design, contractor selection and construction management. - Lead manufacture equipment installation, commissioning, and acceptance. The manufacture equipment includes automation presser, welding robots, painting line, and CNC machine. - As Manufacture Engineering Supervisor lead establishing of equipment management procedure according to the TS16949 standard.- Responsible for equipment operation and maintenance management.

- Responsible for preventative maintenance, repairs management of optical fiber automation lines (include Optical Fiber stain machine, Optical fiber bundling machine, and plastic extruding machine etc.). - Lead and executes daily inspection and PM plan. - Establish SOW for the professional reparation.- Responsible for technical guidance for technicians. - Engage in TPM and 5S management.

-Responsible for the maintenance and management of mechanical and electrical equipment.-Responsible for the management of subcontractors for MEP include Mechanical & Electrical system, HVAC, and fire protection projects.
