An opportunity presented itself to invest time and resources into the business and become a part of the organisation moving forward by taking on the role as the General Manager. The role predominately has involved scaling up the existing business in resources and skill sets, growing loyalty and marketplace opportunities, increasing product ranges and offerings all whilst improving the overall functioning and operations of the ASP.net based online system.
