I enjoyed working within this highly sustainable business to optimise its Services’ business’ operating and service delivery models to spark genuine change.• Led a comprehensive assessment of the MHI Vestas’ Service business’ operating and service model to develop the business case for a multi-phase transformational program for MHI Vestas’ service business.• Took an innovative test and learn approach to phase 1 of the program, embedding the target operating model within the operations function to initiate and operate Project Seagreen and validate how it affected service execution and operated with the wider organization.• As part of the above program, managed the development and release of a Minimum Viable Product for a digital product and internal service, focused on the proactive monitoring of offshore wind turbines. This enabled us to evaluate findings and take learnings into future releases.
