Responsible for development, and implementation of NPI (New Product Introduction) technical training of IPG (Imaging and Printing Group) / PSG (Personal Systems Group) solutions within APJ. Adopt train-the-trainer approach to ensure ongoing delivery can be sustained with field experiences. Worked with Global and region Business Unit responsible for the readiness of the product to analyse, develop, and implement training plan for the region. Partnered closely with the 14 training leads from the countries to ensure regional train-the-trainer event can be executed in the most timeliness, cost effective and course effective manner.
