- General accounts duties, accounts receivable and payable- Cash flow management- Banking and cash reconciliation- Preparation of BAS calculations and returns- Provision of administrative support and future direction to the Director.- Responsible for office management and supplies- Provides proactive support, information, advice, leadership support and guidance to staff and external partners/providers.- Coordinate and overlook the Visa applications for new and current staff.- Manage the overall accounting for fixed assets to ensure the accuracy and the integrity of all fixed asset and related accounts- Ensure the maintenance of employment operations including recruitment, job descriptions, remuneration, selection processes, induction processes and exit interviews.

- Create and prepare standard work procedures in conjunction with team leaders - Conduct inductions to provide training and instruction for new comers on company processes and systems of work.- Organize corporate compliance activity (Training / Seminar)- Organize corporate functions- Maintain building by contracting for maintenance services; supervising repairs.- Set up and coordinate office infrastructures for remote sites.- Supervise and finalize monthly FIFO roster plan from each Dept. - Coordinate and overlook the Visa applications for new and current staff.- Manage the overall accounting for fixed assets to ensure the accuracy and the integrity of all fixed asset and related accounts.

- Processing bookings and purchase orders in relevant Client/Internal Systems- Tracking, calculating and updating sales & commission reports - Liaise with other internal departments regarding all sales related matters- Providing full administrative support to the Business Development Manager- Client and Internal Systems Data Integrity- Populates weekly reports as required, with supervision.- Data Comprehension and Analysis- Been exposed to dealing with CRM systems, - Support of manager & team leader on reports and process circulation etc.- Proactively undertaking qualitative data accuracy checks- QA on post-sales internal processes- Checking and editing timesheets for invoicing- Creating Invoices and Quotes from MYOB- Account Reconciliations- Korean prospect account management
