Serves as the Concept Organization and Doctrine Development Division (CODDD) chief in his absence.

Directed collection, analysis, targeting, and tactical operations in support of NATO and International Security Force Afghanistan (ISAF) objectives to reduce or eliminate explosive hazards and their supporting networks through overt and covert means. Coordinated and executed special technical operations to defeat designated threats within priority regions.
