Responsibilities: Ensure that customers equipment was properly maintained and planning the commissioning of new equipment.Objectives: Check to verify that the customer’s equipment and systems were properly maintained, both for procedures and intervals. If not, new maintenance plans and procedures were created and implemented in SAP. This involved the acquisition of new knowledge, overview, coordination and onshore/offshore communication.For commissioning projects, the customer was handed installation sequence and commissioning procedures, so that each project was planned as smoothly as possible. Responsibilities: To carry out energy mapping on production line and dimensioning of a new stable compressor cooling system.Objectives: To troubleshoot on existing and dimensioning a new compressor cooling system, to ensure stable operation of the factory's compressors and thereof the production.For this purpose, different types of measuring equipment, technical documentation, energy balances and simulation software were used. Based on these data, various quotations were obtained for cooling units with the required capacity.Results:• Stable cooling system for the compressor line• Savings on operating and maintenance costs due to stable compressor systems

Responsibilities: Carry out electrical installations according to project drawings. Furthermore, for own projects, ensure that the electrical installations were in accordance to applicable legislation.Objectives: To carry out electrical installations based on project drawings and physical challenges that could not be predicted in the project planning. This required understanding of technical drawings and continuously communication and coordination with other craftsmen to achieve optimal results.Through knowledge, sparring and learning, it was checked and documented that the electrical installations for my own projects, were in compliance to applicable legislation and in good craftsmanship quality.Results:• Allocation of additional project responsibility• No findings upon inspection• Received the “medal of the trade” in my apprenticeship test
