Continues to oversee the business functions of this system.Acted as Manager and Business Analyst in 3 prior IT clinical implementations. These systems included outcome measures, contract tracking, and provider directories for 169 contract agencies. Follow up included consulting and remediation of interface, data quality, and reporting issues.Other managerial roles includes conceptualizing, developing and implementing a state-wide program for returns veterans called the Military Support Program in 2005 and 2006, the first of its kind in the country.Also, managed a Medicaid certification program in 2006 for Medicaid Rehab Option.
