- Responsible for Managerial & Administrative work in the operation of KNBTS transit system.- Developing policies & guidelines on vehicle acquisition, use and maintenance.- Maintain KNBTS vehicle inventory country wide & review records relating to fleet operations.- Compile vehicle monthly status report & allocate drivers for travel & assignments as required.- Co-ordinate procurement and replacement of vehicles and subsequent disposal.- Keep records on operational costs, vehicle performance evaluation and vehicle replacement.

Obtaining valid and competitive quotes for purchases for onward processing of purchase orders.Supplier analysis.Input purchase orders info into the Procurement Sun System module. Collate relevant info for Procurement Status report. Bid analyzing quotes

Account, document and maintain records of processed orders &deliveries made. Ensure final documentation of goods received for local and overseas purchases are completed by end-users for final payment to suppliers and status reports.Tie all the loops until payment is made.

Work with senoir procurement assistant & Stores on matters related to material receipts and delivery of goods by contractors & suppliers. Ensure all documentation for local prepaid purchase orders that have been received are completed and information forwarded to Finance, Stores and within the Procurement Unit status reports
