- Overall strategic planning & coordination of the department objectives & activity;- Team management: leading & coordinating a team of 8 people (responsible for individual planning & work plan tracking, performance management, salary management, coaching & development, career planning, engagement);- Financial management for the department (department budget management);- Assure a healthy internal culture of the team (safety/quality/timely interventions);- Develop & support the Energy Savings projects throughout the plant;- Maintain good relations with authorities and provide all the necessary reports on time;- Collaborate with regional/global peers/networks for reapplication & learning.PROJECT MANAGER:- Apply all the Engineering Work Process requirements through all the stages: Feasibility, Conceptual, Definition, Design & Construct, Start Up;- Develop technical scope and cost estimate;- Develop level 3 CPS (critical path schedule) for the different stages of the project;- Lead and own the Team charter;- Follow-up and Design reviews with all the equipment suppliers involved in the project in order to assure delivery according to scope and schedule;- Together with Purchasing department, qualify and select contractor companies for the necessary works- Coordinate contractor permitting, training and execution/installation works;- Lead the Pre Start-up Inspection and assure the implementation of Post Start-up Action plan;- Develop reports regularly that include safety, quality, schedule, cost of the project;- Responsible to make sure safety regulations are respected and deviations are corrected;- Implement change management for all the project changes;- Provides technical support to departments and warehouse;- Lead the preparation of technical documentation for each project in a timely manner
