As a Solutions Consultant, I play a key role on the Technical Sales Team, where my primary responsibility is to support business development by leveraging my extensive product knowledge. This includes answering questions, demonstrating product capabilities, and providing tailored solutions for the Front Office and Portfolio Management toolset at SEI. By understanding our prospective clients’ current processes, goals, and pain points, we can strategically present solutions that address their unique needs. My focus is on delivering accurate technical answers, showcasing the product, and crafting solutions that meet the complex requirements of potential clients.Before this role, I served as a Program Manager in SEI's Global Change Management Office, where I led both the Portfolio Management Implementations Team and the Private Banking Learning Team. I ensured the successful implementation and servicing of SEI's Private Banking clients on the SEI Wealth Platform (SWP).The Portfolio Management Implementation Team collaborates with internal and external partners to identify and implement the financial products, trading processes, and necessary integrations for our banking clients to effectively manage their clients’ assets on the SWP. Our work involves migrating clients from legacy trust accounting platforms to SWP through SEI’s services and software, as well as through partnerships with external providers.The Learning Team focuses on developing and delivering educational programs for Private Banking, aimed at establishing a solid foundation of SWP knowledge while also offering courses to enhance skills for greater proficiency. By working closely with corporate leadership, we design and implement a global curriculum that supports the various Private Banking units across SEI.
