Dano Sayles, with the Sayles Team of Coldwell Banker Island Properties, the #1 Realtors on Maui, is celebrating his 38th year as a full-time licensed REALTOR. His advanced education includes the GRI, CRS, CRB, and Certified Luxury Home Market Specialist designations. Before joining Coldwell Banker, Dano was the Principal Broker and owner of RE/MAX Lifestyle. Previously, Mr. Sayles was the Principal Broker of The Wailea Group. His role in the initial launch of Ho'olei, a 120 unit resort condominium project located just across from the Grand Wailea Resort Hotel and Spa, garnered the sale of 100 units in the first three months.From 1997 until his partnership with the Wailea Group in November of 2004, Dano opened and operated the extremely successful RE/MAX Maui office. Some of his honors include induction into the prestigious Chairman's Club and Hall of Fame. Furthermore, in 2003 he was a member of the top 10 individual RE/MAX producers, ranking fourth in the United States and sixth Internationally.He is highly respected in Maui’s real estate community and often advises other Realtors and their teams. Additionally, he attends numerous conferences, such as the Pacific Builders Conference and the International Builders Show, to continually build upon his knowledge while making key contacts. His most recent international networking trip was to Amsterdam for the FIABCI World Congress.Recently, Dano has made major strides in both the luxury and international markets.
