With over 25 years of industry experience, Dan began his career as a designer and illustrator. Over the past decade his focus has shifted to leadership in client services and operations. In 2002, Dan cofounded design agency Creative Donkeys, where he led creative, acting as brand steward and served as the primary contact for AT&T. Creative Donkeys was acquired by TMD in 2016. Dan readily uses his diverse skill set to help clients achieve success. Over the years, clients such as AT&T, Angie’s List, Canadian Kawasaki Motors, OMAFRA, University of Guelph, St. Baldrick’s Foundation, CBM, St Marys Cement, Maizex Seeds, and London Transit have benefited from Dan’s valued skills and work ethic. As Vice President of Operations at TMD, Dan leverages his experience of working in all aspects of the agency to ensure that clear expectations are set at the onset of projects and that plans are in place to get the work done.
