My career has included roles in the IT Services channel and 20 years working across Microsoft’s partner organisation, supporting partners on their digital transformation journey and enabling them to help customers achieve success through the effective use of technology I’ve acquired deep experience in how to build strong and effective alliance partnerships, including creating clarity and consensus around strategic priorities and performance metrics, driving execution excellence to deliver against agreed plans and enabling robust business review rhythms to promote impact and accountability.I have experience of building, leading, and managing successful teams as well as leading business units via effective internal orchestration. I’m comfortable operating at the strategic level, being involved in tactical execution and managing business complexity. I have a track record of impact and performance and understand what’s required to unlock growth and drive accelerated cloud transformation. I’m aware of the need to learn and adapt quickly as the pace of change increases and I seek opportunities to refresh my knowledge and experiences wherever possible.
