We do this by ensuring that we have a holistic view of our systems coupled with plans, procedures, and infrastructure that will help us prevent impact and recover from outages when they happen.I've worked at Progressive for almost 20 years, and I started my Information Technology journey before Y2K. I have broad Enterprise-scale technology experience ranging from Applications through Infrastructure, including Cloud, CICD, Storage, Networking, Compute and Databases. I have worked in the Financial Services sector for more than 20 years and I couple that with a deep personal interest in Macroeconomics.My extensive experience and deep understanding of both technology and financial services enable me to drive Progressive's resiliency strategy effectively.
