Responsible for staff of up to (2) team leads and (90) engineers/technicians in call-center type environments as well as independent operations for various other projects. Created methods of procedure, implementation plans, MS project plans, and maintained charts of activity volume metrics and governance reporting statistics. I even mentored colleagues on written and oral communications where English was their second language.

Radio frequency planning and optimization of coverage for a wireless paging network serving 4+ million subscribers spanning all 50 states and Puerto Rico. Also responsible for QA testing of RF devices including transmitters, receivers and end-user paging devices.
