Managed the successful IT Infrastructure and application integration of a Bio-Rad Life Science acquisition through the entire life cycle. This included the discovery, planning, communication, through the hardware and software installation, to training the end users.

Managed several key IT Infrastructure projects in the Asia Pacific region, including server replacements and virtualization via VMware, network installation, and deployment of an auto backup and recovery deployment using Symantec's Netbackup application and EMC's data domain appliances to replicate critical business data over the WAN to the Asia Pacific RIG and Hercules data center.

Successful implementation of an IT Infrastructure and application refresh for our Asia Pacific region. This included an ERP service pack, tools, operating system & Oracle database version upgrades, and HP Integrity rx7640 server replacement for the Asia Pacific region as required extending the useful life of the legacy ERP application. This region consists of 12 countries and 27 office locations.

Worked closely with the business stakeholders to develop a plan and assemble a team to complete the business relocation of the Bio-Rad Miami office to France (emerging markets region).Completed the optimization phase for a 400 user ERP installation for the Bio-Rad Life Sciences group This involved weekly meetings with stakeholders from the business and IT to prioritize and review status and target completion dates for key changes required by the business.

Facilitated the development of the requirements definition, selection, planning and implementation of a warehouse management system (WMS) for Bio-Rad's two key distribution centers located; Collaborated with the distribution managers at the Richmond, CA and Marnes France sites along with a consultant company to document business requirements and create a Request for Proposal (RFP) orpotential tier 1 Warehouse Management System (WMS) candidates.Facilitated the selection process and assisted in the development of the project implementation plan, scope, budget and resources required to implement in a limited timeframe.Managed the scope and requirements for each site; including gap analysis development and close collaboration with the vendor to define scope and detained functional specifications.

Successfully planned, managed, and rolled out three ERP implementations globally for Bio-Rad. This included:Preparing a proposal, a high level project plan, securing senior management buy-in, and assembling and managing a team of IT and business professionals.
