About Dan Pallace

I've worked with Merritt for more than 18 years, overseeing real estate development and the construction management of approximately one million square feet of space per year. Some recently completed projects include the LEED Platinum redevelopment of Schilling Green, a 110,000-square-foot Class A office building in Hunt Valley, MD and a 210,000-square foot bakery and manufacturing building on Hollins Ferry Road in Baltimore, MD. I'm on the Executive Committee of the Urban Land Institute’s Baltimore District Council and also serves as a board member on both the Building Commission and Real Estate Commission of the Archdiocese of Baltimore. I graduated from the Johns Hopkins University with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and completed the Advanced Management Development Program in Real Estate at the Harvard University Graduate School of Design. I am also a registered Professional Engineer in the state of Maryland.
