Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of the Tolling applications by building closerelationships with key Tolling branch members, understanding the Business’ operations andsystems and interacting with the vendors.Determine the potential solutions for the Business’ requirements by analysing existingsoftware applications and determining approaches which will improve user interface,performance and data integrity.Translate requirements of the Business into highly technical specifications by documenting program parameters and specifications into a software requirements specification.Guide software developers to ensure technical integrity of the design by analysing problems in software development and recommending rectification of faults in programs.Establish and maintain sound commercial relationships with the vendor support teams by engaging vendors in the problem solving process.
