Managed a product group responsible for development of a next generation, on-premises and cloud-based solution for tolling industry executives and operators world-wide to use for managing the financial and customer aspects of their business, including financial and operational processing and reporting of registered and un-registered customer account activity, including transactions (pre-/and post-paid), all payments, discount plans and promotions, refunds, billings and receivables and operational financial statements. Targeted operations who sought to optimize revenue generation through distinguished and lasting relationships with those who use their bridges, tunnels and turnpikes. Also responsible for strategic delivery of market-leading, interoperable technology for the state of North Carolina's recently launched statewide electronic toll program, called NC Quick Pass that uses TransCore's latest multi-protocol RFID hardware enabling NC Quick Pass users the ability to travel toll roads from Maine to Miami using the same transponder which also enabled North Carolina to become the first membery agency admitted to the E-ZPass interoperability tolling network under their National Affiliate program.

State efforts included: design, development and implementation of an traffic accident retrieval system and a traffic monitoring data system and development of a document management technology report for local state DOT. Federal efforts included: performance of technology evaluations and reviews of foreign military map production environments in South America and Eastern Europe; established a rule-based framework for cartographic symbol usage for military digital base map and chart prototype products; developed military standard used for the display of symbology on digital map products; participated in a national technical study performed by Sandia National Labs and the Alliance for Transportation Research and funded by 40 state DOTs, FHWA, FTA and several private-sector sponsors for a GIS Transportation Management Systems Data Server Prototype.

Worked on early automated mapping/facilities management (AM/FM) applications for Army Corps of Engineers European Division, also provided QA/QC analysis on source materials (aerial photo surveys, stereo-digitized data) used for creation of digital base maps.
