Beginning in 2016 filing receipts as one of two office staff, I participated in Safe Dig's growth by developing policies and processes which allowed successful tender for major contracts, opening of new depots, recapitalising fleet and hiring more staff. I was pivotal in progression from level 1 Aurizon supplier to level 2 and then level 3, enabling panelled contracts and automatic contract renewal. In 2019, my role is largely digital marketing and managing the transition to digital works management software, however I play a role in operations management and allocation also.Progressing from a junior position allowed me to understand each area of the business and train recruits as the business grew. I found passion for automating and simplifying daily workflows by developing a google form which triggered automated processes for job allocations, and I was pivotal in the decision to go digital.
