Dan has also been the COO and VP of Operations for a Public Company and has been involved in an IPO (Initial Public Offering) on the Toronto Stock Exchange. He has played an active role in business sales transactions from as low as $80,000 to as high as $80,000,000. Dan has purchased approximately fifteen companies both for himself and for others, including both asset and share transactions. He has also sold companies, started several others, and shut down ones that weren’t working – across all four Atlantic Provinces. Dan has M&A (Merger and Acquisition) experience, has participated in numerous sales transaction closings, and has broad experience in Business Valuations, Equipment Valuations, Due Diligence and Post-Sale Integration. Dan has even purchased his own franchise.
