I am a director of strategic transformation programmes and a successful leader of change delivery teams. I enjoy analysing complex issues, quickly identifying the root of problems, and solving them. I’ve led two large business intelligence programmes, so I have a great understanding of data. I use data insights to inform decisions, optimise performance, and encourage others to do the same.I’m questioning, direct, and straight-talking. I speak truth to power, and colleagues have often thanked me for asking difficult questions when nobody else would.I lead by example and bring my whole self to work. I appreciate and have compassion for others and always do my best to support them through coaching and mentoring.I started my career as a physicist (PhD in High Energy Physics), later moving into management consultancy (Accenture) and then to work full-time for one of my clients. I’ve since worked for several businesses and as a self-employed consultant, mainly in the telecoms, media, and entertainment sectors, but my skills are highly transferable to other industries.
