• Analyst on the supply chain analytics team in which I manage daily reporting and long-term software change initiatives involving our distribution centers and retail locations to increase optimization and inventory efficiencies in our stores. • Consolidated our weekly reporting by developing an automated dashboard that allowed for more real-time information on our supply chain. This led to a reduction of over 70 emailed weekly reports and pushed a move to a more centralized approached in how our team conveys information. • Implemented a new dynamic slotting methodology in 3 of our 10 distribution centers (DCs). This led to an increase in turns within these DCs for our slotted skus and allowed improved fill rates while decreasing inventory held in reserve locations. Overall, productivity for our slotted pick modules improved by 12% as reserve inventory was pushed more quickly to slots that needed them and it consolidated higher turn skus into a more confined area of the mod which let our pickers reduce ordering picking times. • Built map using various visualization tools for COVID supply chain updates. • Conduct and execute seasonal analysis on top categories within the company to compare sales to inventory need. This allowed for product to arrive for anticipated sales increases and helped to improve in stock percentage above our company average of 96.2% to 97.1% for a basis point increase of 90 and crossing in stock over 97.0% for the first time in company history while navigating early demands during the Covid supply chain environment. These seasonal analyses are cross collaborative with our Merchandizing team and vendors. My analyses are the underpinning data that generates on average $180MM in spend for the company. • On the project management team that is currently overhauling our store replenishment methodology as well as launching new user portals to help our supply chain and store operations teams better manage their replenishment inventory.

• Managed global logistics, supply chain, and day-to-day business operations as well as controlled over $1.5 million in working capital management and over 200 SKU's related to surgical spinal implants and equipment.• Transferred the Wenzel Spine supply methodology into NetSuite, our ERP system. This allowed for an organization wide view of our supply chain as well as the ability to integrate systems with our suppliers. This integration allowed Wenzel Spine to efficiently communicate with our suppliers and react to any unforeseen variability throughout the supply chain.• Lead the switch of our main Tier 1 supplier based in France due to unacceptable quality and scrap rates to a domestic supplier. This change in supplies caused a reduction in lead time by 25% from 5 weeks to 4 weeks, a decrease in finished goods costs of 18% as well as having a proven quality supplier with minimal scrap rates.•Changed Wenzel Spine's procurement strategy from one dealing with suppliers that were too large for our company to working with suppliers that were in the same stage of growth as Wenzel Spine. This provided a distinct advantage for Wenzel Spine in that it reduced lead times on implants and instrumentation but allowed us to develop relationships and tie our growth with the growth of our suppliers. • Reported directly to COO and oversaw the warehouse and field operations team.

• Implemented a supply chain model for the VariLift spinal implant that relied on sales information in order to reduce our batch ordering size across the product family and turned our supply chain model from push to a pull system. The result for Wenzel Spine included reduced inventory carrying cost by 23%, reduced lead time from contract manufacturers from 12 weeks to 5 weeks. Another added benefit is that the sales and marketing teams became more integrated with the operations team with clear visibility into our supply chain and understanding delivery dates to meet customer expectations.• Chosen by the CEO and COO to move Wenzel Spine into updating our ERP to the more sophisticated NetSuite. This included integrating our finance and accounting functions with our operations and engineering functions. This resulted in better communication across the firm by training individuals and accurate data to understand key metrics.
