Nexar connects cars in the world's largest vehicle-to-vehicle network and provides real-time alerts to prevent collisions by leveraging smartphones’ cameras and sensors via a mobile app. Using deep learning and artificial intelligence technologies over millions of crowdsourced road miles, Nexar provides a series of data products and services for the automotive industry.

Midburn is the second biggest Burning Man Regional Event in the world. I joined as a volunteer and lead a team of 15. We built a strong communications department and expanded Midburn Organization's reach into the community. We also positioned the community as an emerging important and powerful movement in Israel. Additionally, our team's work was crucial during Midburn 2015 crisis with the Israeli Police, which almost cancelled the entire event.

Led all growth initiatives - from ideation, through design, to development and deployment. Orchestrated product pivot to Mobile and managed the launches of the company’s mobile apps on iOS & Android, which resulted in 10x growth rates. Managed a very large acquisition budget.

Took a break from start­-ups to learn offline retail; launched a franchise of the French tea chain in Israel. Introduced best practices from the data­-driven online product world to offline retail. Devised marketing strategy and bootstrapped our growth. Today, Palais des Thés in Israel is a thriving business. It's Israel's largest premium tea supplier, with 2 locations in Tel Aviv and dozens of high-end restaurants clients.

Developed one of the first most popular facebook app on the newly launched Facebook Platform. Hacked a quick app prototype within 4 hours and drove the app’s increidly rapid growth: 0 to 1M users in a week. Grew app to 8 million users with 2 million MAU. Defined product roadmap and lead product development for 4 years (team of 2 developers and 1 designer). Produced more than $500K in revenue.

Produced numerous facebook apps that reached tens of millions of users. Built the largest photo application on the facebook platform at the time (30 million users and 2 million daily active users) Worked with team to scale hyper­growth apps such as Photo of the Day, which grew to ten million users within 8 weeks of launch. Led a team of 7 engineers in a distributed company (based in 4 different countries). Led the ideation, design, and development of 5 extremely viral Facebook apps that reached more than 50 million users

Sold millions of dollars worth of Iraqi currency while studying in College.Struck a deal with a Jordanian currency dealer to drop­ship currency from Jordan to customers worldwide. Built and later sold the biggest and most active web­forum (1.5M MAU at peak) for Iraqi Dinar investors.

NishNash's mission was to collect the world's menus, digitize them and let users browse them online and on the go. We ended up doing it for Boston. We also had an e-commerce element to it where users could order food online from 120 restaurants in the Boston area. Though we discovered that the biggest problem in this business is collection.During these 1.5 hard years we came up with innovative ways to outsource jobs (think Amazon Mechanical Turk but even cheaper) and learned how hard it is to market an online service offline and an offline service online.We sold NishNash to DiningIn in early 2008.
