I’m focused on building high-performing teams, driving execution, and delivering growth to ensure your favorite soups and snacks are stocked on shelves.Influenced by my childhood growing up on my family’s farm in Central Michigan, my entire career has been rooted in food and agriculture. From suppliers to customers to consumers, I have a broad understanding of the food industry, and I’ve helped optimize supply chains and transform numerous companies, including KIND Snacks, Pinnacle Foods, Danone, Heinz, Nestle, and Gerber. I believe that good values are just as important as good performance, and my non-negotiables are protecting brands, empowering people, and excelling in service. I have a passion for learning and I’m continuously finding ways to improve. If I'm not on the road, you’ll find me on the farm or getting outdoors for some fly fishing.
