Product Management, Account Management, Professional Services and Sales Support. • Delivery: Responsible for all customer projects, specializing in Brand and Product insights derived from a SaaS Big Data analytic platform that leveraged a wide range of NLP, AI, and machine learning capabilities; including custom supervised ML algorithms for measuring brand and product customer journey, unsupervised ML engines for topic modelling, and semantic similarity ML algorithms to identify specific audiences. • Product Management: Partner with Data Science and Engineering on customer scenarios, platform scalability, UX, new features, and data visualizations. Vision, scope, and market sizing for next generation social intelligence analysis capabilities• Innovation: Hybrid solutions that combine social media and traditional survey techniques. Partnership with panel providers to link social data with behavioral and demographic data. Custom metrics for brand attributes, purchase intent, customer satisfaction, and NPS.• Product Marketing: Support new products and solutions with sales collateral, whitepapers, and webinars• Thought Leadership: Catalyst for new projects showcasing Big Data analytic technologies: (1) Retail customer segmentation and personas based on machine learning results from social. (2) Election prediction leveraging custom social media analytics.• Biz Dev: Business development and sales including proposal creation, pricing, and customer pitches.• Leadership: Manage a global team of 35 people (Seattle & Vietnam) transforming data into customer insights.• Key Project: Global Brand Tracker for a major computer and IT provider: 10 markets, 6 languages, Commercial and Consumer metrics, Brand attribute tracking, 100 million social conservations collected, cleaned, and processed with machine learning algorithms per quarter.
