Ultimately required to re-align cost base in light of access to capital and cash run rate.In collaboration with the Board and HR, drove the restructuring of the business to align costs to capital availability and strategic direction. Reduced annualised costs by 50%+ including wide ranging redundancies.Other key responsibilities / achievements:• Accurate and timely financial reporting, including tight quarterly and annual reporting to the stock exchange• Tax management including driving R&D rebate claim during critical cash phase (c.$2M claim)• Internal forecasting, budgeting and management reporting; tracking key metrics around share price, benchmarking against competitors and closely monitoring cash / liquidity position• Actively managing an initial capital raise process; instructing lawyers and external advisors while assessing alternative financing options, ultimately resulting in the issue of a $500K convertible note• Working with the Board, marketing team and external PR agency with regards to investor relations including ASX announcements, investor updates and presentations to brokers/analysts• Developing enterprise pricing model to drive higher base revenues and usage based uplift potential
