As a change agent with more than a decade of experience leading multi-million dollar organizations and helping them to successfully navigate opportunities for collaborative growth and strategic development, Dan possesses leadership competencies critical to leading staff and volunteer teams and a unique team approach that has helped all of the organizations with which he has been privileged to serve to evolve and grow to serve community more widely.As a YMCA professional with more than 25 years experience working with volunteer leaders and multi-level staff teams, Dan believes that teams achieve goals and bring vision into focus, through relationship building. "As a servant leader and one who believes that people and trusting relationships are the very best way to motivate and bring about change, I am always looking for new ways to connect the spheres of influence around me.
