Dan Powell is a Cause Driven leader, who has served churches and non-profit organizations in roles from Program Director, to Operations, to Chief Executive. As a change agent with more than a decade of experience leading multi-million dollar organizations and helping them to successfully navigate opportunities for collaborative growth and strategic development, Dan possesses leadership competencies critical to leading staff and volunteer teams and a unique team approach that has helped all of the organizations with which he has been privileged to serve to evolve and grow to serve community more widely.As a YMCA professional with more than 25 years experience working with volunteer leaders and multi-level staff teams, Dan believes that teams achieve goals and bring vision into focus, through relationship building. "As a servant leader and one who believes that people and trusting relationships are the very best way to motivate and bring about change, I am always looking for new ways to connect the spheres of influence around me. This is how we bring community together to accomplish better living for all. Helping others to widen their circles of connection and influence brings community together to get more done.
