I combined business and revenue requirements and defined various initiatives to further enhance the Tinypic service offering. My responsibilities included: organizing and controlling feature road map, product requirements, technical specifications, and their implementation. Specific results while at Photobucket include:- Increased user traffic to Tinypic: in just 9 months global unique traffic increased from 4.3 million to 9.1 million users per month, accounting for over $1.5M in revenues / per year. This was accomplished with no advertising budget- Created new ways to monetize traffic and create growth in a down turned economy.
