Led a team of talented product managers on a mission to make the American Express mobile app essential in the everyday lives of our card members. At various times have had primary responsibility for KYC/AML initiatives, new feature incubation, mobile chat, search, card management, native design language implementation, and information architecture.

Lead product manager for a set of APIs powering Amex's connection with third parties in the card-link industry. Awarded the Amex President's Award for outstanding contributions.Learned legal aspects of data transfer, user privacy, as well as P&L responsibility for what is essentially a small SaaS business within the organization.

Lead product manager for customer facing digital experiences across Recyclebank's mobile app, e-commerce website OneTwine, and core membership website. Also spent time as a product manager for the company's proprietary data system that turned curbside recycling data into reward points as a way to incentivize better recycling habits.Responsibilities including working closely with engineering and design teams on product requirements, release planning, and presenting product strategy to executive leadership.

Product manager for transaction-based digital media products from Verifone. Included taxi TV platform and gas station media.

Lead product manager at a small startup that delivered on a roadmap taking our team from an SMS solution used by a handful of users in a small Brooklyn neighborhood to mobile apps incorporating 63+ datasets from cities across the United States used by over 500,000 people. Recognized by the New York City government as a leader in mobile apps and open data by winning the 2011 NYC BigApps Grand Prize presented by Mayor Bloomberg. Spent part of my time writing code directly, and part of my time handing out flyers on the street to convince New Yorkers to download our app.
