Inside Sales Representative
Current- Manages & executes revenue growth strategies by overseeing numerous (500+) accounts of varying sizes directly- Plain bearing expert, understanding applicable application areas, product characteristics, design needs, and more- In collaboration with Timken sales team teaches more about GGB and value proposition which is in turn brought to their customer base with the aim of achieving significant growth- Enhances smooth business operations as the GGB bearing product line expands. Provides direct input and feedback to critical departments like customer service, engineering, supply chain, and more- Builds and keeps connections with clients and creates plans for major accounts to achieve and surpass strategic goals- Advances customer's understanding of bearing technology and innovative tribological solutions, using technical expertise and effective sales approaches- Handles all elements of business planning for specific customer groups, including the creation of account strategies that align with the company's strategic goals- Collaborates with Timken Sales, GGB's operations, business development, product management, marketing and more to support and align with the Timken & GGB strategic plans
