CurrentThe API Analyst IV position is a Technical Leader and interdepartmental liaison between technical and non-technical departments. The role is designed with a broad set of skills in mind. It requires both leadership and technical expertise in order successfully interact with the varying levels of technical and non-technical members of the organization.Being that this role is a Technical Leader within a Technical Support team, it is imperative to have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.* Coordinated daily support tasks amongst team members* Worked with management to develop, enhance and implement policies and procedures* Mentored current and new employees in developing skills* Provided API Technical Support to Hyland customer and partner base* Performed Hyland API code reviews for customers and partners custom API related solutions* Collaborated with Development teams to determine and resolve software defects* Collaborated with interdepartmental management to streamline support assistance processes* Developed and maintained end-user API Documentation via EWSoftware's Sandcastle (SHFB) product* Collaborated and designed internal utilities to assist with automating manual processes* Assisted management in new hire interview processes* Collaborated with Sales group providing technical expertise and product ownership for the Hyland Developers Network (formerly OnBase Developers Network)* Conducted discovery meetings with prospect customers and partners to determine appropriate product solutions
