About Dan Rascoll

Throughout my professional career I have continuously learned, adapted to and been accountable for many diverse functional areas of running a business. This has included leadership positions with multiple Fortune 500 companies all the way down to small private startups. Prior to starting my own business, I played key roles in leading the evolution and transformation at the 2 most recent organizations I was employed by. One was a small private technology company that got acquired and integrated into a much larger global Fortune 200 parent company. The other evolved from a small startup tech consulting company into a larger, more mature cloud-based SaaS product company.Much of my daily tactical responsibility involved managing the bridges between the business & technical teams as well as sales & operations support. Defining & stewarding stakeholder needs & requirements through the code development & testing phases, & directing the connection of the finished technical product back to business applications to solve problems or pain points to improve the product & customer user experience (UI / UX).Simultaneously in the background I have mentored & motivated people & teams to grow their talent, expertise & confidence to equate to a greater whole than what the individual members may have thought they were capable of.
