Created a product mindset culture while bringing modern, headless JAMStack approaches and best practices to engineering teams with hands-on coaching and contributing to the core codebases. Increased all key metrics, Lighthouse/Page Score, doubled SEO traffic, and improved overall conversion rates and bounce rates through Headless Architecture and Engineering best practices.

Build and lead the technology teams that power eCommerce for the Ferguson portfolio of brands. The group included Build.com, Supply.com, and SignatureHardware.com. I managed the business strategy, technical platform, and integrations between businesses—scaled a cross-functional technology team of over 250+ people, who managed 1.2B/year in eCommerce revenue.

Defined, and built our shared platform for the eCommerce front-end. Removing the need for separately managed codebases, allowing us to scale while releasing more features quicker. Implemented core marketing tracking systems of which included Omniture SiteCatalyst, Omniture Recommendations and Test and Target for A/B testing among numerous other third-party tracking systems.Developed cross-docking (WMS, Warehouse Management System) allowing us to run a roughly 30,000 SQ FT warehouse with one-click printing abilities by leveraging Connectship API toolkit.

Started, and grew both VentingDirect.com, and Ventingpipe.com into well known eCommerce sites. Handled everything from customer service (phones), to data management, and programming. Was acquired and rolled up within Improvement Direct in the middle of 2005.

PC repair, debugging, and building. Developed eCommerce site using PHP and MySQL for local sales (order and pickup) and shippable orders. Included Frontend site, and POC system for store sales, and management of orders. Developed fully functional web-base POS (Point of Sale) system full with tendering, reporting, and serial support. Migrated two locations from Quickbooks to online POS for all transactions.
