Based in Maringa, Brazil, guided the implementation of the corporate quality system (AQS) throughout Latin America production facilities: Two Tier I and Seven Tier II sites. Achieved certificates by auditors from APVMA, FEMAS, and MAPA ensuring finished products could be exported from Brazil to Australia, SE Asia, China, Japan, S. Africa, EU, and North America. AQS meets and exceeds GMP, HACCP, and ISO 22000 standards, and the Brazilian production plant was food grade producing yeast biomass.

Analyzed intermediate and finished products, as well as raw materials utilizing an array of equipment and techniques. Reported results and implemented SOP’s throughout the corporate quality system. Trained colleagues on the same techniques on 4 different continents.
