As a product management leader, I am passionate about creating solutions that solve critical problems for customers and drive growth for companies. Identifying, developing, launching and nurturing products that create mutual value is a source of energy for me.While my career has spanned management consulting, business / partnership development, and product management, creating sustainable customer value has been a consistent focus. My approach to sustainable customer value creation focuses on three key questions: 1) Is there a significant customer problem to solve?2) Is the market large enough for a solution to be sustainable?3) Does the company have the right capabilities to deliver the solution? I have used this framework to bring multiple successful products to market, and consider it to be a simple and repeatable approach to product strategy and execution.I consider people leadership to be one of my core competencies, and I take the job of building teams and developing talent seriously. With more than a decade leading people, I understand that it’s impossible to achieve ambitious goals without a strong and cohesive team. I feel fortunate to have had a diverse set of work experiences that have instilled a mindset of customer value creation. Creating win-win scenarios between customers and the businesses that serve them is an outcome that gives me professional purpose, and is always my primary goal.
