Oversee all the operations of this 122 room property and 2,200 sq ft of meeting space.

I started with Aikens Group at the Hampton Inn Front Royal as the Night Auditor. Within a year, I was promoted to the General Manager of the Hampton Inn Inwood where I stayed for just under 2 years. I was then promoted to the corporate office as the Operations Manager. As the Operations Manager, I worked with all 8 properties assisting where needed, covered vacant General Manager positions and assisted with Sales and Marketing for the group. The properties included Hampton Inn, Hilton Garden Inn, Fairfield Inn & Suites, Quality Inn, Comfort Inn and Holiday Inn Express.

While working at Ocean Waters Management, I started at the Director of Security/Night Manager at LaPlaya Resort. I was then promoted to the corporate office and was responsible for the security of 60+ properties including hotels, office building, rental properties and warehouses. I was responsible for scheduling, special events, invoicing and making sure properties were covered as requested.

Responsible for assisting guests with incidents, making hourly rounds, escorting employees and other duties as assigned.
