After PerkinElmer's acquisition of Cambridgesoft I coordinated the efforts of Enterprise Software Services, Support, Sales and Develpment teams to maintain and improve customer satisfaction. As a project-based Professional Services Manager I deployed, configured and trained customers how to use and administer our enterprise software. This part of the position required travel to Pharmaceutical, BioTech and Academic sites. During this period I also managed three teams of offshore and nearshore Support personnel in Minsk, Bangalore and San Juan, Costa Rica.Built a program based in the Support group that monitors the customer satisfaction of 150+ active Enterprise software customers. Watching trends and noting problems pointed out in surveys we guided product development and addressed individual customers' points of pain. Increasing customer satisfaction increased recurring revenue generated from software license renewals and upgrades.
