In the Network Engineer role I have taken further responsibilities within the network. I backup or administer all routers, switches, firewalls along with any servers that involve our networking team. As a DRC Helpdesk Specialist which includes many roles. My main role was to provide first tier support to the customers when I opened the helpdesk every morning. I also administered a fleet of around 250 printers for all locations as well as all VPN tokens and mobile devices for DRC. I have handled account creations and terminations for over year for all users.
