Principal within Grant Thornton's Public Sector practice and Security and Defense Strategic Business Unit, with portfolio and profit and loss (P&L) responsibility over multiple market segments within the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and Department of Defense (DoD). He oversaw all client service delivery and business development activities within the U.S. Army within DoD, as well as the Transportation Security Administration (TSA), elements of U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) and the U.S. Secret Service (USSS), within DHS. He provided subject matter expertise to national security, law enforcement, border security and immigration mission programs, as well as military service departments and critical mission support functions. • Oversaw diverse portfolio with $28,000,000 in annual revenue and 140 FTE with sales, delivery, quality, risk management and profit and loss responsibility.• Grew ICE team from $8,000,000 to more than $15,000,000 in annual revenue across robust, diversified business segment, representing 43% CAGR, 14 engagements and more than $200,000,000 in contract value over previous ten years, and more than $50M in existing contract backlog at 18-20% sustained profitability. • Developed US Army account from white space to $4,000,000 in annual revenue in three years with more than $15,000,000 in total contract backlog, across four multi-year engagements, and a team of 25 FTE. • Managed $9,000,000 in annual revenue and team of 45 FTE across TSA and CBP. Captured and closed three new engagements to provide IT program management, enterprise architecture support, agile program management, and Robotic process automation (RPA) in CBP and TSA whitespace accounts• Identified, captured, and closed multiple indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity and Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) contract vehicles, including BAPSLE BPA and GSA OASIS Pool 2.
