Optigo Networks is a smart building technology startup focused on enabling the truly connected and intelligent building. Optigo develops network solutions and cloud-based monitoring software to connect, manage and monitor the Internet of Things in smart buildings. As a co-founder at Optigo, I:• Held overall responsibility for product management, product development and operations• Developed the roadmap and product strategy for the company• Managed the development and launch of the Visual BACnet SaaS product, a cloud-based platform for monitoring smart building systems• Developed relationships with key customers such as Penn State University and Siemens• Performed thought leadership related to the need for simplified IT solutions to meet the needs of OT (Operational Technology)• Managed the Optigo Connect networking product line from concept to production• Built the engineering team from the ground up• Co-raised funds from investors and government sources• Forged new vendor OEM relationships

Designed and verified network processor chipsets for the Optical Transport market. Developed IP for the DIGI platform, which has become the industry's leading OTN chipset.• Led the OTUk subsystem architecture, design and verification for the DIGI 100G OTN processor• Coded subsystems in System Verilog, ran synthesis and achieved timing closure• Performed systems validation on the DIGI 100G OTN processor • Developed chipset top level for HyPHY 20G OTN processor

Us

Led top-level layout and physical design for a number of 40nm, 65nm, and 90nm projects. Projects included printer chipsets for HP, fibre-channel storage chipsets and communication chipsets. • Led teams of up to eight engineers through floorplanning, layout, timing closure and tape-out • Developed enhanced CAD methodologies to accelerate chip layout and improve ECO capabilities
